This app worked great on my Motorola 5G, but ever since I've switched to a new Samsung, it seems to take forever to load if at all, and when it does load it crashes before I can see any information in it. I have tried uninstalling it and reloading to no avail. I am unable to see my physical therapy exercises, much less tracking them for the doctors. Not sure why it worked on my old phone and not my brand new one. If doctors are going to rely on your app, you're going to have to do much better.

Takes minutes to load, if at all - only to 13%; sometimes I have to restart my phone or remove cache to get the app to load beyond 10%. Freezes phone and exercise videos are a hit or miss to play. Have spoken to the CORE Institute in reference to the issues I've had, but they couldn't figure it out. Plus, I've already uninstalled & reinstalled the app, which helped for the first couple of days, but now I'm having the loading issue, again. So, I've been unable to use the app. 😮💨

This app truly sucks. I get in once and then the next time, it crashes. How can I do my exercises if I can't get in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with the same results. Maybe the creator of the app needs to go back to the drawing board and make sure it is compatible with all phones.
