Getting started is simple. You may receive an email or text message from your care team with a link or unique 6-digit PIN to register quickly. In some cases, your surgeon or healthcare provider may direct you to an online form where you can register for the right care pathway. Once you’ve registered, simply sign in with your email and password to start your recovery journey.

Takes minutes to load, if at all - only to 13%; sometimes I have to restart my phone or remove cache to get the app to load beyond 10%. Freezes phone and exercise videos are a hit or miss to play. Have spoken to the CORE Institute in reference to the issues I've had, but they couldn't figure it out. Plus, I've already uninstalled & reinstalled the app, which helped for the first couple of days, but now I'm having the loading issue, again. So, I've been unable to use the app. 😮‍💨

After using the app for a couple months, it now has a section on costs and how my insurance coverage will determine how much using this app will impact my cost for it. The Google Play details do not include anything about payments, costs, nor changes in fees. Since everything has resulted in someone from the doctor's staff needing to fix the entries or deal with technical problems, they've decided to pass that along as medical expenses. Besides, it doesn't support modified exercises.

This app worked great on my Motorola 5G, but ever since I've switched to a new Samsung, it seems to take forever to load if at all, and when it does load it crashes before I can see any information in it. I have tried uninstalling it and reloading to no avail. I am unable to see my physical therapy exercises, much less tracking them for the doctors. Not sure why it worked on my old phone and not my brand new one. If doctors are going to rely on your app, you're going to have to do much better.
