Update: Developer responded quickly to my problem, app works fine. App won't start. I enter my email address and verification code, app says I'm all set to go. Once I click on the service provider I want to use, I get error message: User not found.

Hi Stella, Thank you for your feedback. Looks like you removed your account's email address from the settings in the Urheiluhallit app. In the OnTheMove app, we connect to the same service provider account using email as the identifier, so without it, the connection didn't work. I re-added your email address to your account. Please try again.

Hei, I can't start using the app, I get an error "too many attempts" when I enter my email UPD: the problem was fixed, everything works fine! Thanks!

Hi Eeli. Thank you for your feedback. Which service provider's services are you using with OnTheMove? The app is designed to return a purchase confirmation screen after a successful payment, and an error message for a failed payment. Kind regards: Enkora Oy.
