Really good app with English user interface. Modern, easy to use, and constantly improved with new features. Thumbs up to the dev team! BTW, am using it for occupational health needs and have not used much any other similar apps. I have enjoyed especially the lab results history charts, online chats, and the recent symptom assessment then to appointment recommendation. Video calls with doc worked nice too.

Every time I open the app I need to identify myself via my bank, give a bunch of consent, fill in a personal information form, give a pin number and then finally I can see my appointments. This should be required only once, not every time.

Videos are not working in Nightingale unless you tap them every 3 seconds. They worked in the previous version of the app, but you were not still able to put them full screen, so you needed to exercise along with the video, when the video is 2x3 cm on your phone screen. When you sell a program for 120 euros, can you make it usable?!
