Handy idea, but the UI is absolutely terrible. Charging without telling me that "by clicking stop we will charge you 5€". Doesn't ask you "are you certain you want to stop?". You will lose that payment and in order to continue parking you must start a new parking and pay another 5€. GPS location doesn't work. Charged another 5€ for wrong location of car. Now after testing the software and learning to use it properly, I have paid 15€ for a single parking. Shame on the developers! Not like this.

Atrocious app and non-existent customer service either via email or phone. Constantly on hold and God knows how much that is per minute. They want you to agree to a reservation before a deadline that apparently should appear when you log in.....it doesn't. Then no explanation or help so that you can agree to the make believe reservation. Anyone who's involved switching over to this new system in the Turku area then good luck. This whole system is also unbelievably confusing and nonsensical.

The old version was better and much easier to use because you could just set the date and time when you want the heating to be ready instead of setting the time you're going to be parked and trying to calculate the time until the heating ends. Also there is no longer seems to be any way to set the heating duration and manual mode which is a downgrade
