About this app
Ehtii is an appointment booking app for a small service business, such as a beauty salon, hair salon, masseuse or trainer. The calendar is managed by chatting: you write or dictate as if you were messaging a co-worker, and Ehtii does the rest.
CALENDAR WITH CHAT
Write something like:
• "show tomorrow's calendar"
• "lunch with Tero tomorrow 12–13"
• "free on Friday"
• "move Anna's appointment to Thursday"
The day appears in the conversation as a card with opening hours and reservations. Before anything is changed, Ehtii tells you what it plans to do and asks if it's okay. All you have to do is answer "yes".
SUGGESTIONS WITH ONE TAP
At the beginning of the conversation, there are ready-made suggestions, such as "Show tomorrow's calendar" and "Do you have messages from customers?". Tap "What can you do?" and Ehtii will tell you what you can do with it.
CUSTOMER BOOKING ON YOUR OWN PAGE
Your company has its own booking page, for example yourcompany.ehtii.fi. There, the customer can see the services and prices and book an appointment by chatting at any time of the day. Special requests will be sent to you as a message, and Ehtii will not promise them without you. The customer does not need a username or an app.
GIFT CARDS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
On your booking page, the customer can also buy a gift card and pay for the reservation in advance if you enable online payments. Payments will be enabled on Ehtii's website.
NOTIFICATION OF EACH RESERVATION
When a customer books an appointment or leaves a message, you will receive a notification on your phone. The notification shows the service and time but not the customer's name, so the customer's information will not appear on the locked screen.
ALWAYS HAVE A LINK TO THE BOOKING PAGE
Share the link to your booking page from the settings on Instagram, your homepage or in a message.
LOGIN WITHOUT PASSWORD
You log in with the code sent to your email. The login remains valid on the same phone for a year.

Ehtii is made for service companies operating alone or with a few people. The application is for entrepreneurs; customers book via browser.
