Great way to get in touch with my care team and find all of my information. so much easier and more efficient than waiting on hold on the phone for ages to ask a simple question and my doctor can send me information when it's convenient for her. I don't have to remember what day or month I went for a visit or a test somewhere. It's all in one convenient place. Every Healthcare provider should use this system!

Update: The appointment booking is completely broken too. The app always says "No times found". Meanwhile, if I open the filters, it claims there are results, e.g. "View results (23)". When I tap the button, I get "No times found" once again. Language cannot be switched in the app settings on Android although it can be on an iPhone. I will update this review when this highly important feature has been implemented in the Android app as well.

Hi! Thank you for your review. Maisa mobile app uses the language you use with your device. If your device is set to use any other language than Finnish, Swedish or English, the app will default to using Finnish. Application language settings have been requested for development.

If it would do what it is supposed to.. It would be great. Regardless of all the strong log in requirements, location reveal etc. You still have to go through all the procedures, like without this app. Maybe I am missing some things, but it seems no better than a default calendar. Even your appointment location/appointment is not shown precisely instead just a town. My appointment was in HUS etc etc, but by opening map.. It gives just Helsinki city LOL..
