Update: The appointment booking is completely broken too. The app always says "No times found". Meanwhile, if I open the filters, it claims there are results, e.g. "View results (23)". When I tap the button, I get "No times found" once again. Language cannot be switched in the app settings on Android although it can be on an iPhone. I will update this review when this highly important feature has been implemented in the Android app as well.

Hi! Thank you for your review. Maisa mobile app uses the language you use with your device. If your device is set to use any other language than Finnish, Swedish or English, the app will default to using Finnish. Application language settings have been requested for development.

If it would do what it is supposed to.. It would be great. Regardless of all the strong log in requirements, location reveal etc. You still have to go through all the procedures, like without this app. Maybe I am missing some things, but it seems no better than a default calendar. Even your appointment location/appointment is not shown precisely instead just a town. My appointment was in HUS etc etc, but by opening map.. It gives just Helsinki city LOL..

Notifications come for one of the persons I represent, but when opening application, it asks me who I want to open without showing me who the notification is about. Most of the features lke sending messages, filling forms etc. are not actually used by the healthcare, some integration or training missing I guess? The app stills requests me to fill in the pre-visit form for all visits, even the ones that I have previous visit to the same place recently, the form is not even used I have heard.
