Omapolku — health and wellbeing every day

With the Omapolku app, you can access digital paths to manage your own or act on behalf of someone else’s health and social care matters - anytime, anywhere. The app is secure and easy to use.

Most digital paths are available in the Omapolku mobile app. Access to a path requires a social care service client status or a referral/care relationship with a healthcare unit.

With this app you get:

- Access to health and social care paths (client status or referral required)
- Information and guidance in text, images, and videos
- Questionnaires, exercises, and tasks
- The possibility for non-urgent messaging with professionals

Secure and effortless use

- Strong authentication with online banking credentials or mobile certificate
- After the first login, sign in with a PIN code, facial recognition, or fingerprint
- Data and messages are visible only to professionals responsible for your service or for the person you are acting on behalf of.

Note!

The app works on devices with Android 10 or newer. If installation fails, check for system updates on your phone.
