Download the application to your phone and register! After that, you can take care of your pharmacy transactions from wherever you want. Using the application, you are only a couple of clicks away from our services and all the benefits and services of loyalty.
The application includes your electronic loyalty card, which you can scan when you shop at the pharmacy, both at the prescription counter and at the checkout. Through the application, you can also conveniently open a chat connection with either a pharmacist or a beautician, get advice and order the prescription medicines and other products you want for your well-being from our online pharmacy. As our loyal customer, you will receive numerous monetary benefits and services that promote your health every month.
The free application includes the following features:
Electronic loyalty card:
- Verify your loyalty by showing the QR code of your electronic customer card at the prescription counter and at the checkout.
Benefits:
- In the My Benefits section, you will find your own benefit coupons, which you can use to get changing discounts and benefits every month.
Campaigns:
- Information about all our campaigns, loyalty offers and discount products.
Chat:
- You can reach a pharmacist and a beautician every day from 8 am to 10 pm in our free chat, which you can easily find in the speech bubble at the bottom right of the application.
Customer account:
- By pressing the symbol in the upper left corner, you will open your own customer account, where you will find, in addition to your own loyalty information, your purchase receipt information and your communication preferences, which you can maintain according to your wishes. Here you can also select your own interests, based on which we can send you the benefits, offers and messages that interest you most.
- In the customer account settings, you can turn the application alerts, i.e. notifications, on or off and choose the most convenient identification method for opening the application.
Services:
- In this section you will find handy services that make your medication and pharmacy transactions easier, such as calculators that you can use to calculate the delivery interval and Kela reimbursement of your medications. With the reminder service, you will always be informed when you can next buy your medications with Kela reimbursement. You can also set an alarm to remind you to take your medication at the right time. You can also conveniently order a summary of your previous prescription medication purchases here.
