The app is all you need to make your dough. There is one bug I've found. If you play around and set your neopolatan dough's hydration to a impossible to stretch 100%? It's impossible to go back to any lower hydration setting. The only solution I've found is to clear the data, which will also clear any saved recipes. So I wouldn't recommend doing it😂. Still the best app I've found for my pizza journey.

This is a very useful app that's almost perfect. There does appear to be a bug when using two flours. For example my original recipe uses 809 grams of flour. When I switched settings to use two flours with 30 and 70 percent settings, the new total is 800 grams. It appears that two flours calculation is not using the waste percentage in its calculation (I have a one percent waste setting)? Also - what poolish values should I use if cold fermting the poolish?

App refuses to work while VPN is running. Devs claim this is for GDPR consent reasons that do not apply. VPN does not block network connection or ads. Using this app while phone is connected to a VPN by no measure constitutes "fraudulent" use. Dev has also claimed that you can just decline personalized ads, but that doesn't seem to be the case; "error" message blocks all use of the app. edit: 1 star is my honest and fair review. Frankly, I'm suspicious this app is malware.

GDPR legislation requires collecting user's consent and it isn't possible without a network connection that you are blocking. Of course you can deny your consent and in that case you will receive non personalised ads, but blocking ads in a free app is a bad behavior and giving a low rating because you can't use the app fraudulently is doubly unfair
