The app is all you need to make your dough. There is one bug I've found. If you play around and set your neopolatan dough's hydration to a impossible to stretch 100%? It's impossible to go back to any lower hydration setting. The only solution I've found is to clear the data, which will also clear any saved recipes. So I wouldn't recommend doing it😂. Still the best app I've found for my pizza journey.

Edit after developer response: There are indeed some options in the app settings. But they are not convenient to use. You cannot set a biga time. I take back what I said that you cannot add two types of rising times. I found the option after the response, but it was not very clear. Again, not particularly good in my opinion, but the best I've found so far.

All the options you mention can be activated in the settings, have you tried them? It is certainly possible to set two rising times at different temperatures, but please check your settings carefully. If you have any difficulties, please email info@nfpsoftware.it.

I have been using this app for a few years and found it very useful. It has every conceivable option, including two puck sizes. Unfortunately it has been nagging me for permission to use my data every time I open it recently. It takes a few minutes to unchecked every option. I would welcome a paid version without adverts which doesn't insist on attempting to use my data every time I open it. Reply: So make a paid version with no ads and no snooping on data.

The GDPR regulation requires collecting user consent and it is not possible to do this without a network connection. Make sure there are no restrictions on your device (e.g. firewall, private DNS, ad blocker). Of course you can deny your consent and in that case you will receive non personalised ads but blocking ads in a free app is bad behavior.
