Only a default, random AI is run on your profile. Even free English apps or websites like Wiki work more precisely and much better! The only thing may be that it forces you, my suggestion is to replace a free alarm clock! If you subscribe long-term, they even keep forgetting to import your own background to the AI. What's worse? The same weight and goal give you very different diets and sports, which means there is no standard chart and only randomness works here!

I installed this app thinking that I'll get a Persian version of Peloton that is more accessible. But no, it's a wrapped website to sell you re-recorded versions of already available exercises. The videos don't contain any speech by the "coaches". They have a custom music player which is basically a pirated playlist that SOMEONE thinks matches the vibes of the app. I was sold a "smart" plan that was artificially delayed to make me think it's custom, it's not, they literally call it smart #n
