At Sudor, our goal is simple: we want to get the whole world moving more. Born out of a love for working out, Sudor gives you access to workouts from the most sought after trainers across the world. Search for workouts to match your mood, target a particular body part or that fit the amount of time you have available - all to your favourite soundtracks when you link your Apple Music or Spotify to our app.
We pride ourselves on inclusivity, and believe that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always something for you. With over 600 workouts from over 40 trainers, we give you the tools you need to own your fitness journey. We want to inspire you to move more, choose workouts you want to do rather than feel that you should do, all while inspiring you to push your limits.
With lockdowns across the globe forcing people to change their gym habits, we know how difficult it can be to stay motivated and keep routine when it comes to working out, especially when things are constantly changing. During this time we have worked hard to bring you the best gym experience possible - all from the comfort of your home. Sudor caters to all abilities and aims to make you feel like the best version of you that you can be. Think of Sudor as a PT for your pocket - but for a fraction of the price.
