It's a totally fraud company, they will mislead you and take you into the subscription and you will pay 15000/- money in hurry and they will then never cancel your subscription and they will also not dispatch your CGM within a month and it which costs just 5000/- in Amazon. It feels like I wasted my money in a hurry. Please don't suggest anyone get into it. Don't waste your money.

I’ve been using the Sugarfit for over 2 year, and unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill fast. While the first year was great with a solid CGM device, my second year has been a complete nightmare. The device I received was faulty and gave me completely wrong data—which is a huge issue when you're trying to manage your health and glucose levels. I’ve logged multiple incidents, called customer support, and even followed up with my coach, who initially promised a replacement. But after....

Very disappointed with Sugarfit. They promised a CGM device with my subscription, but never delivered it. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response. When I requested a refund, they refused, even though the main service wasn’t provided. Poor customer support and lack of transparency. Would not recommend this app to anyone expecting reliable service and accountability.
