Bloated app, it's trying to do way too much and doesn't do any of it well. Can't find workouts that are advertised in other places as being on the app, which isn't obvious until after paying. Feels like the app is just trying to say it has things for marketing purposes, but a lot of it isn't that useful. Hard to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for.

So. Much. Content. New recipes all the time. New workouts each cycle. It gets better with time unlike most app plans where either it's so strict you feel unable to follow or those where there is so much choice you just don't know where to begin. The app makes it simple to eat well (and I really do mean that! Yummy food!) and get moving. Join the Facebook and insta communities and it's hard not to be inspired. JW and his team are constantly striving to improve the app so it'll only get better

Good app but has 1 major flaw that you cannot start from the beginning. Due to illness and a couple surgeries I had to take about 6 months off. I was not fit enough to pick up where I'd left off, and as I was unable to go back to square one the app was no longer of used to me. So effectively after paying annually I've lost out.
