2. Create a Playlist
By selecting the “Add to Playlist” button in the individual workouts you can create your own playlist that will play without interruption, letting you complete a full workout.
3. Track Progress
When completing a workout the App automatically tracks and stores your number of workouts by day, week, month, and year as well as the amount of calories burned.
This function allows you to filter the workouts they are interested in by Difficulty Level and Body Area you want to concentrate on.
