About this app

FlowMen is an intimate calendar made by men for men. It combines the couple's daily log and her menstrual cycle prediction in one place—all on your phone, without registration or cloud storage for your personal data.

Nothing you type leaves the device. No login. No email. No server storing your records. The only data that is released are anonymous usage events (which screens you opened, which buttons you touched) so we can understand how the app is used and correct bugs. No name, no identification—just a random number that the app itself generates.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Log each day with "yes" or "no" and a minimal context.

• Rate when it was good, mark up to 3 quick tags ("affection", "connection", "late night"...) and write a note if you want to save a detail.

• Choose the reason when it didn't happen—"tiredness", "her period", "fight", "distance"—to understand patterns instead of guessing. • Mark important dates: her birthday, couple's anniversary, national holidays, personalized dates. The app reminds you in advance.

• Understand her menstrual cycle: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal phases and fertile window — all calculated locally from what you record.

• Have more than one partner at the same time. Each with a separate history.

• Archive partners without losing their history; return later if you want.

• Discreet mode: change the app icon to a neutral design to remain discreet on the home screen.

• Export and import your data whenever you want — manual backup via copy and paste, nothing in the cloud.

• No ads. No data sales. No in-app purchases.

STATISTICS AND INSIGHTS

Over time, the app starts to show patterns: frequency by day of the week, phases of the cycle where it happens more, weekly evolution. All visual, all simple, all calculated on your phone.

TRUE PRIVACY

Your content stays local. We never see what you typed — not your partner's name, not records, not reasons, not notes. The anonymous usage reports that are generated go through a filter that removes any text to guarantee this in practice. If you delete the app, everything disappears.
