love this place so much! I am someone with several bad joints but needing to keep in shape and or get back into shape and this has been wonderful for me. I work out without the pain. this particular place it's amazing everyone is wonderful the owner is just terrific along with all of the instructors I've met so far. I couldn't be happier with my experience there!
