About this app

DICE has the shows you want to go to, in real life and online. Spanning music, arts and culture, we have hundreds of choice events happening every day, but we’ll only recommend shows we know you’ll love.

With DICE, you can:

•  stream shows, festivals and workshops from all around the world
•  get tickets to live events in London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Los Angeles and New York when we’re able to go out again
•  invite friends, follow each other, and get suggestions for shows that you’ll both like and can attend together
•  sync your music streaming app and receive personalised recommendations based on your music library
•  save events for later and we’ll let you know if tickets are running low closer to the date, or get reminders for when events go on sale so you don’t miss out
•  join a waiting list if an event’s sold out and be next in line to get tickets, or get a refund if you can no longer go
•  transfer tickets to a friend if you have a spare, can’t make it or as a gift because you’re nice like that.

If you have any questions, feelings, concerns, or just want to say hi – send an email to help@dice.fm.

I'm always thrilled when I can buy tickets for something cool and not have to go through Ticketmaster. The app is plain and simple which is perfect for actually using it. It gives the entire exact price with no hidden fees, so while it looks more expensive on the surface it is almost always cheaper than tickets from other sites.

I was forced to download this app so that I could go to a show I want to go to, no other way to get a ticket. It wants location data. It wants access to your contacts. When you go to buy tickets it wants to automatically add your credit card to Google pay. It wants to access your music streaming services in short this app wants too much data in general. A better way to protect fans from scalpers is to have no advanced tickets and pay for admission at the door like how it used to be done.

This app is poorly designed. It's also impossible to transfer tickets to a friend. First, they demand contacts permission instead of accepting a phone number or email address. Secondly, even after granting permission, there is no way to send the ticket to a friend as it is only showing me a handful of contacts. The other person needs to create an account and then you need to follow each other to transfer tickets, but there is absolutely no helpful instructions for doing this. We figured it out from reading one-star reviews here, so that was a fun time. DICE relies on using email to resolve all issues, but doesn't have a way to deal with urgent issues (like same-day ticketing problems that need to be resolved immediately) via phone. I'm pretty annoyed that the venue uses this service and have given them feedback as well.
