Ratings and reviews

When a business makes every effort to force it's 10'000s of clients to use their application which has an average score of 3/5*, one does question if the 85 x 5* reviews are from the businesses employees. Certainly when the web interface is equally poor. Thankfully their call centre is customer friendly, you never know, they may even think about customer service and add their customer service email on their website, in their environmental drive....

The app asked me to rate it. Well, it's not a good app! I mean, I can do on it what I can do on the web site, but as an app, it's not nice! It's like they paid the developer minimum wage and gave him 1 day to make it!

Interface similaire à celle d'un site web, ce qui rend l'application peu convaincante en tant qu'outil distinct. Je ne vois pas d'intérêt à l'installer si l'expérience est identique à celle d'un navigateur.
