I had an update. I was planning to find a European anime distribution app. I couldn't really use the French one all the time, but I found a way to use it in German! If you can improve the language pool, that would make me a loyal customer. English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and some Slavic languages would be cool.

why is this app and the site for that matter locked to the wrong language?! it won't obey system locale but instead use the locale of the region I downloaded from?

Why bother doing an app if it's as bad as a 2002 website ? Huge lags, no follow up on your episodes, no account (and it will ask you to log in every time you come back on the app). Sometimes it will just display something, no matter what you choose. If you want to disable the autoplay, it stops functioning, some movies gets cuts for no reason, and the subtitles sometimes won't even bother showing up. The content itself is okay, although you barely have a choice in language/sbttles. Horrible.
