About this app

"My AVK Notebook" is for people being treated with anti-vitamin K (AVK) anticoagulant medications to help them stay on top of their treatment. This clean and intuitive application has the advantage of keeping a digital trace (table and graph) of the results of biological monitoring (INR) according to the doses of drugs that are taken, allowing a better understanding of changes in the efficacy of the drug. "My AVK notebook" also has a function to remind you in the diary of the dates on which the laboratory examinations (INR) must be carried out as well as the daily intake of medication (with the corresponding doses). This application also aims to strengthen cooperation around it between health professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, biologists) who support people treated with VKA.
