About this app

It's 11 p.m., and you can't sleep.

You know something's wrong. But do you really have the right to complain?

BonHer is here for that.

You can take stock on your own, with a 3-minute assessment. No name, no email address. You understand where you stand and what's weighing you down the most.

You can also write to a volunteer. They'll read your message, reply, and offer advice. Nothing to prepare, no appointment to make.

In both cases, you'll be told about the resources available to you.

There are also articles that talk about what we all experience, where you'll recognize yourself, and where you can send them to a friend.

It's free. No ads, no subscriptions, nothing to sell. It's a non-profit organization.

Here, there's no pain scale. We're all on the same level, but we all have the right to happiness.

BonHer is not a substitute for a doctor. Emergency numbers are in the app.
BonHer, the app that makes mental health accessible to all women.
