Unless you read and write french, the website and app are highly unfriendly. They give no option of seeing it in another language. In addition, it won't allow you to highlight the text so you can copy it and feed it to a translator. I'm tired of the hassle of messing with it. I'll be changing my service.

The worst phone operator after SFR. I've only exceeded my phone data plan twice, and this time I didn't even exceed it. I was careful, but they're forcing me to pay €19.99 when my basic plan is €17.99. On top of that, their app support doesn't work at all, and there's no other way to contact them. I advise you to stay away.

it works as long you use another network. if you try to use your own giga, it rams and rams again and again. 4g, 5g, 3g there s no f ing g ! currently i m trying to use my own giga ( I have 50 in total) , my phone says it s in 4g buuuuut nothing works! it feels it s the internet from the 90 s but it definitely doesn't come with the same monthly price .
