Horrible customer service, app seems to have bugs with automatic messages. customer service takes a long time to reply, and the messages still look very automated. as for the company, hidden fees in every bill, when you sign up for a €8,99 plan you never pay what they say. absolutely horrible, two months with them and I'm out, never seem worst

An app representing a high tech communication company that is barely usable the rare times I can even use it without is a disgrace. Plus I just got charged 6€ for an iTunes subscription on my phone bill even though I own no apple devices nor have I ever used iTunes. Pathetic

responded to promotion by text about winning Samsung phone to celebrate bouyges' 30 birthday. Sadly, the link led to login but nothing on web page about 30 ans. Wasting customer's time about non-existent offer? Not the way to win loyalty or trust!
