About this app

"Mobile MyCHUGA" is an application implemented by the University Hospital of Grenoble Alpes, to patients CHU Grenoble Alpes.
The use of mobile MyCHUGA is free and requires to be registered MyCHUGA service. Online registration is not possible.

To register, any patient CHU Grenoble Alpes, it's legal representative, must go to a clinic service or reception desk which propose the creation of the portal Patient. This requires the signature of an express consent and delivery of a contract with your account elements. All patients enrolled in MyCHUGA can use the mobile application MyCHUGA has a MyCHUGA account.

mobile MyCHUGA allows the patient registered to MyCHUGA:
- To consult messages sent by MyCHUGA: if the report received in case of form to be entered in MyCHUGA or appointment to take under its care pathway.
- Consult appointments submitted by the University Hospital of Grenoble Alpes. For each appointment the CHU Grenoble Alpes, practical information and procedures on the day of the appointment are indicated (location, map, need to pass the admissions office or not).
- Consult its MyCHUGA documents filed by him in the MyCHUGA website or transmitted by the University Hospital Grenoble Alpes reports, output letters ...
- Consult and update its administrative data: contact people prevent, family situation.

Mobile MyCHUGA connection uses the same username (email) and the same password that the connection to MyCHUGA website.
The messages, appointments, administrative documents and information displayed in mobile MyCHUGA are the same as those displayed in the private area of ​​MyCHUGA website.
