"MyCHUGA mobile" is an application implemented by the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital (CHU Grenoble Alpes) for its patients.
It is a healthcare services and management application.
Use of MyCHUGA mobile is free and requires registration with the MyCHUGA service. Online registration is not available.
To register, any patient of CHU Grenoble Alpes, or their legal representative, must visit a clinical department or reception desk that offers patient portal creation. This process requires signing an express consent form and providing a contract with your account details. See the FAQ for more information on the locations and procedures for account creation: https://mychuga.sante-ra.fr/Accueil/FAQ.aspx
Any patient registered with MyCHUGA can use the MyCHUGA mobile application if they have a MyCHUGA account.
MyCHUGA mobile allows patients registered with MyCHUGA to:
- View messages sent by MyCHUGA: for reports received, forms to fill out in MyCHUGA, or appointments to schedule as part of their care pathway.
- View appointments sent by the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital. For each appointment at Grenoble Alpes University Hospital, practical information and instructions for the day of the appointment are provided (location, map, whether or not a visit to the admissions office is required).
- View MyCHUGA documents, uploaded by the patient to the MyCHUGA website or sent by the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital: reports, discharge summaries, etc.
- View and update administrative information: contact details, emergency contacts, family status.
The MyCHUGA mobile login uses the same username (email address) and password as the MyCHUGA website login. The messages, appointments, documents and administrative information displayed in MyCHUGA mobile are the same as those displayed in the private area of the MyCHUGA website.
