Your in-store payments are secure and always at your fingertips.

- Pay contactless in store: Pay for your purchases whatever the amount (2), by holding your phone close to your merchant's payment terminal (3). Receive a real-time confirmation notification following your payment.
- Secure your payments: Validate your payments in store in a few seconds by authenticating with your code or by biometrics (4)
- Find the history of your payments made with the application on the home page
- Manage your bank card options (5): In the application settings choose “card option” to increase your limits (6), deactivate purchases abroad, etc.
- Choose to be alerted about your spending by bank cards: Choose an amount above which you would like to receive a notification.

(1) Offer subject to conditions reserved for adult holders of a deposit account, a bank card (except private cards and cards from the “Business” range) issued by Crédit Agricole attached to said account and access to the Crédit Agricole online banking service. Using the in-store mobile payment service requires specific membership as well as possession of an eligible smartphone and a reliable telephone number.

(2) “Within the limits of the limits applicable to your card as specified in your payment card contract. Mobile payment in store is a solution linked to your bank card and benefits from the same conditions as this one.

(3) “Available only for Android smartphone owners with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for proximity payments at merchants accepting (i) the category and brand of your eligible card and (ii) payment in “contactless” mode with a terminal equipped with NFC technology. Please note, certain payment limits may apply depending on the country you are in.

(5) Depending on the features chosen and available on your smartphone.

(6) Mobile Payment allows access to these features by redirecting the user to their CAEL personal space.

(7) Subject to the agreement of your Regional Fund.

It's a shame we can't give it 0/5... it's the most ridiculous payment app I've ever seen. Contactless payment does not work, I tried many times on various terminals, never worked. I have no issues with google pay. And even worse, CA card can't be added to google wallet as they force you to use this ridiculous app...

This app works most of the time but every two weeks or so I get a message saying my phone is not compatible (Pixel 5 on Android 14). I then either uninstall and reinstall or just clear the cache/storage and then go through the minor pain of re-registering my card before it works again. There is clearly a bug in the system.

absolutely useless.. You have to go into the app each time, log in and then approve a payment...not exactly a seemless contactless experience. I've also noticed both google and apple pay are incompatible so you have to *entirely* disable these apps otherwise this app won't work to use this very mediocre one....I would give 0 stars if possible.
