ESPER was developed in 2022 and 2023 by the mental health sector 59G21 of EPSM Lille-Métropole, co-constructed with service users and mental health professionals, in particular Peer Health Mediators (MSP).

The 59G21 mental health center is a public service which depends on the Public Mental Health Establishment of Lille Métropole. It is located in the Haut-de-France region, in the towns of Faches-Thumesnil, Lesquin, Ronchin, Lezennes, Mons-en-Baroeul and Hellemmes.

This project was funded by the Fund for Organizational Innovation in Psychiatry (FIOP).
