Geev is fun! Each user has a stockpile of single-use bananas to use as credits for contacting other Geevers. When you contact someone about an item, you lose a banana. You can get more bananas by purchasing them or by donating more items. This system keeps Geev fair for everyone!

GEEV PLUS
Geev is a free app that also offers paid subscriptions for users who want to increase their chances of giving away or picking up objects or food, while benefiting from an enhanced user experience.

The payment for a subscription is debited to your Google account when you confirm your subscription. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period, unless you deactivate it 24 hours before the end of the current period. The payment goes through on the last day of the current payment period. You can cancel or renew your subscription at any time by visiting the settings section in your Google account. The free trial period automatically ends when you subscribe to a Geev Plus membership.

Good app, but I wish there's a way to notify a missed appointment from the receiver side. For example, I got to the appointment on time but the geever didn't show up and I've been waiting for half an hour without a reply so I went home. It was not my fault, but the missed appointment would be on my profile and not the geever, and it's kind of unfair. I would still use the app, I love it but I hope you could look into this and fix it.

After some time using it, the app bugs when switching tabs and you have to restart it, which is a bit annoying. Also, you can't leave a chat if the other person doesn't unbook the item. Apart from this, a really great app. As a suggestion, it would be nice if we could narrow the search results like being able to force 2 words to be present in each result shown, or even searching only in the announce's title.

I am very happy with the idea of this app to donate and adopt used stuff which would otherwise go in trash. I reduced one star because recently some of the stuff are being marked as 'exclusive' for which its not possible to adopt if you are not a paid subscriber. Second start is for frequent crashing, bugs and lots of ads that does not let me look at all the products. If your aim is non profit and zero waste please make it free and ads free. Anyway I am not gona use it anymore
