Ratings and reviews

I have been using the App since last year. The chat facility used to be really effective. But since the past month the chat facility doesn't work!! When you call the customer care it's a BOT answering with whom you can't get the issue resolved. And, when you go to MAFB Offices in Post office they don't know much. Where else do I contact to get the issue resolved?!!

Very informative, great visual layout, and gives a range of access to banking processes, allowing you to be in charge. Customer service is instant and knowledgeable. The downside, is that it takes several attempted to log in.

Worst experience ive ever had . Stay as far away as possible, especially if you dont speak french . Amateuresque app, amateuresque website and almost impossible to close my account , after i ve messaged them and sent them 2 LETTERS of account closure. Here i am still trying to close it ....
