Mobile Application software associated with your Baticom through regular synchronization. Keep your management application and access the benefits offered by mobility !! This ensures a permanent and fluid use wherever you are. A simple sync via wifi or 3G internet once a day is enough.
Goal :
Baticom Site Monitoring is an application of Baticom software. It allows companies realize the seizure of building time spent by their workers on construction sites on a mobile support (tablet & smartphone). Synchronization between Baticom Site supervision and Baticom exempt the user from any manual data entry.
Operating principle:
- The sites are created in the Baticom software.
- The company's employees are also created with that software.
Both information is synchronized from the Baticom software (installed on the PC) to the list of sites and employees to be available in the application Baticom Monitoring Site.
The user selects the sites on which it wishes to carry out a labor monitoring.
For each site, it will then assign employees.
The activation of a yard can trigger a start of work. Disabling will record the end time work.
A summary of the start and end of work is available to make manual corrections.
A synchronization from the mobile will transfer the hours worked in the Baticom software.
