Ratings and reviews

I really like the news and programs on TV5Monde. The audio volume on the app, however, is too quiet, even on maximum phone volume (whereas the ads on the app are twice as loud as the broadcasts). Please increase the audio volume on your videos. The live video feed does not work in the USA, giving a message that it is not permitted. Please fix this. Many thanks! Update: 2024-Jan-01: For weeks there have been problems with the video freezing (and the app showing "An error occurred.")

I don't know what has happened to this app but it has stopped working properly. The only way I can watch my favourite feuilleton now is to find it in the Revoir section under the l'univers TV5MONDE menu, but then there's no option to cast the screen or even to watch in full screen landscape on my phone - so it's really hard to find it and hard to see it. It's just become a very poor viewing experience, which is a shame because the content is still good but it's just inaccessible.

I was very sad to see TV5 Monde deleted from the Sky listings. I regularly watch the news from France 2 and other documentary programmes about the way of life in France. Nevertheless I thought I would be able to still watch it via the app as I live in Wales. This app is complete rubbish. I installed it (I have a high speed internet connect) and tried to connect to "videos" and the app requested a location which I accepted which then took me to the next screen which was my own "location" settings which were switched to "on" (as always). I retried but no success, the app just went through the same procedure again and again. Such a shame that I am unable to see the programmes on TV now but I already have other apps such as France 24 and France Info that I will continue to enjoy.
