Daily steps and exercise
When you turn on Read steps and exercise in More, PocketGLP reads your daily step count from Health Connect and shows it on the Home Day card and on the Insights steps chart. Exercise-session minutes appear the same way. You can still log steps and exercise by hand. PocketGLP reads step count only, not step cadence. Health Connect stays optional; data stays on the device. PocketGLP never uploads Health Connect data.

See an estimated medication level across your injection cycle. This is an on-device estimate, not lab work and not medical advice.
Dose inventory
Track remaining doses and low-supply alerts on your phone.
Export and restore
CSV and JSON export, JSON import restore, English and French.
