For the free one you can't even put in who your carrier is or any other information just AT&t my carrier is not AT&t. But when you try to change it won't let you. on the premium it lets you change most everything. it's says it's 99.9% to unlock your phone. Knew it was too good to be true nothing's ever free if you need help. Don't waste your time unless you're with AT&t I guess

***SCAM!!!!*** ***DO NOT USE** *DEFINITELY DON'T PAY** Paid for the premium unlock. The only status I've seen was that it was "Reprocessing". Doesn't explain anywhere what that means. "Contact us" was sent, no response. Called the number, goes straight to a automated message from India that it can't connect. It says in the email to try the Live Chat available on the website, no such chat option exists. I have been screwed 👎
