Short answer FAKE, im rating this a 5 to let you guys know its a scam process took 12hrs instead of 1-60minutes like they claimed i purchased an unlock code and all they gave me is "Active on another device" no code no refund just a useless information that i cant do anything with

Well, I'd say this app's UI is well put together, but the actual service is where it falls flat. The free AT&T carrier unlock doesn't seem to work. I filled out the form for the AT&T all models unlock, and waited. Two weeks later, still "reprocessing," whatever that means. I'd give this four stars if it actually did what it advertises. I've sent in a "contact us" ticket but I have not received anything back, while also keeping an eye on my email's spam filter. Nothing.

The app has a free unlock option for people who can't afford the service at the moment and time. Thanx guys.
