Sort of like another autobattler game (we all know which), but with cases to solve and an actual story! There's a problem, though. There's so much grinding, and no way to use energy to boost your offline collection. The amount of power ups is lacking. Each stage follows the same story beats and events when you enter it. Good for a few minutes, but quite repetitive.

It's... an okay game. Entertaining, but there are two things that hold it back for me. First, equipment levelling. There isn't an obvious and easy way to gain the materials to enhance equipment, and yet we have to enhance them again if we choose to change equipment. Enhancement should be tied to the slot not the item, or at least let us farm the materials. Second, the in game multiplier for damage bonus makes no sense. I just got a -10% damage penalty and it brought me from 300k to ZERO.

very simple, but addicting -- if only the bosses weren't so richly healthy after the first couple rounds, it might be perfect! but it's a major grind. What's the point of hard harpy fight? don't make me click the BATTLE and next hour button if I don't have a choice! (btw it's NOT much of a detective game, moreso bounToady hunter. yea dis sleuth makes em CROAK)
