Arrow Escape is a logic puzzle with one rule.
Tap an arrow. If the path from its tip to the edge of the board is clear, it slides away and is gone. If something is in the way, it stays put and you look for another one.
That is the whole game. The difficulty is entirely in the order.
A short arrow is trapped behind a long one. That long one is waiting on a third. Somewhere in the tangle there is a first move, and once you find it the whole board comes apart in your hands. Finding it is the puzzle.
WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT
• No timer and no lives. Nothing is ever taken away from you for thinking.
• You cannot lose, and you cannot get stuck. There is no fail state, no wrong move, and no way to lock yourself out — every level can still be finished from wherever you are. Undo is always there anyway.
• Every level can be solved. They are built backwards from an empty board, so a solution is guaranteed to exist — you are never stuck with an impossible one.
• Long winding arrows that turn corners and cross half the board.
• Fixed walls that never move, and have to be worked around.
• Calm, uncluttered and easy on the eyes. Sound and vibration each have their own off switch.
• Replay any level you have reached, any time.
• Plays completely offline. No wifi needed, ever.
• Your progress saves itself. Close it mid-puzzle and come back exactly where you were.
HOW TO PLAY
• Tap an arrow to send it off the board in the direction it points.
• An arrow can only leave if every cell between its tip and the edge is empty.
• Arrows blocked by another arrow, or by a wall, will not move — clear whatever is in front of them first.
• Remove every arrow to finish the level.
• Stuck? Undo, restart, or take a hint — hints always point at a move that genuinely works right now, and there is no limit on how many you can have.
