Very disappointed in this app. I very recently had a spinal fusion surgery, that is keeping me home for some months in recovery. That being said, I have plenty of time to game. I've been playing Battlefield 6 on the ps5, and wanted to start competing in tournaments, that can only be done thru Repeat. Long story short, I am unable to compete due to their system thinking I'm on a PC, which obviously I am not. Support couldn't even help solve the issue...

I've spent a decent amount of time competing and earning rewards. I tried withdrawing, but had to verify with my ID first. it's pushing 2 weeks since then. Customer support helps in no way, unless apologies fix your problems. stop apologising and just verify my account. I like the tournament experience, but this ruins it.

the app is very slow I have to constantly refresh to load the app. there are times I have to close the app entirely and it still doesn't work. in using the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL which is brand new and I'm still having issues. the website doesn't work either
