The app used to function well making everything easier but of late it malfunctions, when I open it's only white screen that appears without any graphics. I have removed and reinstalled yet it's still the same. Otherwise 5 stars. I'm using Tecno Spark 30.

Hello Seidu, sorry you faced this issue. Please set your mobile phone and MyNHIS app to light mode. Some users faced this same issue when the app was in dark mode. the DOB field is a terrible experience. It seems the text is white and the background white when in dark mode. You have to change to dark mode in the app to use it. if you manage to figure that out, you still can't register because it keeps saying "the specified Ghana card details are NOT valid" even when they are. also the OTP takes too long to arrive.

Hello Dela, sorry for the inconvenience. Can you restart the app with your mobile phone in light mode? Some users reported this issue when the app was in dark mode. We are working to rectify this issue for the dark mode in future updates.

I should be able to see the current status of enrolled members within a group and get notified if any card is about to expire. Also, provide a button to renew the card from the list of enrolled members in my account.
