About this app

MyNHIS app provides an easy-to-use and modern digital platform to allow NHIS members across Ghana to conveniently access membership services in the comfort of their homes and other places. MyNHIS app will allow users without a NHIS membership to register for membership using their Ghana Card. MyNHIS app allows NHIS members to manage their membership status and details. In addition, users can access a list of NHIS credentialed health facilities, medicines list and benefit package.

Ratings and reviews

I must say I enjoy using your app. But I have a suggestion for review which may be very important for purposes of increasing usage of the app. The app should be able to allow for a few more cards to be added (different cards). This will help a household to have all their information embedded in one app, for easy access always, anytime and anywhere. Thank you and well done.

I was supposed to give a five star rating but there is one thing. I've registered for someone on my profile. It was successful and I've received a message for that. But one thing is that when generating the e card, there was a network error and now I can't get the card information for the person I've registered for meanwhile the person needs to be sure that I've done the registration

Thanks to the app I'm able to register my NHIS card in a very simple way and I'm happy I didn't go and join a long queue to get this done. However, the app needs an upgrade cuz it appears to be inconsistent.
