Ratings and reviews

Two times recharge done for 920 and 1850 amount buth times amount deducted but points not credit yet in account already mailed with screenshot of transaction and account but yet no reply from the teams. I loosing hope that I will get either point or amount refund in my account. They provide only mail id which never replied already many time fake point deducted complaint but no reply. Still waiting from last 7 days to get points or amount. Pathetic experience with jus call.

Sometimes Call connected but no voice coming and cuts the call and credit get deducted, sometime connected to someone else and then deducted, sometime connected to automated machine and then deducted. After making complain I didn't got my credit limit back. Its already too costly. Very bad experience.

Worst app .. even after purchasing of credits it do not connects call.. only says the person you are calling is busy.. that I can also hear from my cellphone then why would have I purchased your product.. 😠😠🤬🤬
