Heart Works - phaware® assists medical researchers in assessing cardiovascular performance in patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), PH-ILD, and ILD-PH. The Heart Works app features real-time health data tracking, including advanced quality-of-life surveys and 6-minute walk tests, allowing patients to closely monitor their progression in and outside of the clinic.
