The user experience is not good. Tried to upload image of rewards from Clover as instructed by restaurant staff, but end up with a permissions error. Homescreen should default to Loyalty screen, not a map of the world. Looks like there was a lack of user research and testing for this app. I don't see people participating in this program since the developer doesn't make it easy.

Wendy, Thanks for your feedback. In order to upload an image of your rewards balance you must enable camera permissions (Android requirement). As for the map, you must enable location permissions for it to zoom in and show your current location. I absolutely love the new reorder function! EDIT: I figured it out! You have to scroll with two fingers for just the top section of the order form. Using one finger scrolls the entire page. ISSUE: Unable to see both bowls in shopping cart when reordering previous meals. Please fix.

Excellent app, great user interface. So much better than the old one. Nice to have loyalty and ordering in the same app!
