Ratings and reviews

Very lame that there no longer is Google pay integration. If I get rewarded with a free cookie and I redeem it, it'll say "reward not present", it should literally just add the cookie to the cart automatically during redemption or have a better validation message. It should also stop preselecting a 15% tip at checkout. In addition, the amount of reward points required just to get a regular bowl is absurd. This is an absurd amount of points to acquire compared to Chipotle or qdoba.

The app is very well organized, everything that you need for ordering is easy to access. I appreciate the ability to toggle between pickup and delivery without having to restart the order. Coupons are easy to apply. Will be happy to continue using it!

App is a bit of a nightmare to use. Would prefer image previews instead of plain text. Also makes substitutions nearly impossible. I usually skip the meat options and replace them with an extra veggies, but the app does not offer this without charging extra.
