Ratings and reviews

The pricing display is extremely misleading. Grocery prices are normally understood to be per kilogram, but the app now uses inconsistent quantities. For example, apples may appear as 5QR, but that price is for only 500g rather than 1kg. Other products are priced per 200g, 500g, or other seemingly random quantities. This makes products look much cheaper than they really are and makes comparison unnecessarily difficult. I felt tricked after realizing the actual prices.

What's wrong with the payment step? After doing all the grocery, the app gives payment glitches and errors. Very annoying and so far not the best app to place order worry free

dear al meera support team Why did you display advertisements in Al Ruwais store when your delivery service is not available in this area? I saw the Almeera app advertisement at Al Ruwais, hoping for convenient delivery. However, upon downloading and installing the app, I found out that delivery is not available in my location. It’s very misleading to promote a service that isn’t actually supported everywhere.
