About this app

Clark County welcomes residents and guests to the new online reporting system for issues under the jurisdiction of Clark County. Individuals can submit requests for assistance, report issues ranging from neighborhood business operation concerns to public works problems or post a question to their County Commissioner. Users will identify the location of the issue, and GPS will notify them if the issue is within Clark County jurisdiction. Users will then be able to select the topic from the listed options and submit their concerns. Residents can search for public reports they or others in the community have submitted via an address or selecting a GPS point on the map.

The concept is wonderful [hence the 2 stars], the app isn't. Not user friendly and no way to tell if you did it right. only had option to request info from the commissioner or 3 option to report abandoned vehicles [🤔]. Light not working and not sure which option to use..and Help...🤣😂🤣 no..not user friendly at all.

app keeps kicking you out of a request and photos do not upload.

This thing is useless. Nothing will really be done to fix your issue. Pretty sure the complaints are merely dismissed. Not user friendly either. Navigation is a bit of an issue as well.
