The Georgia Gateway mobile app allows users to securely access their SNAP, TANF, MA, CAPS, or WIC case information on any mobile device. It provides easy, self-service access to case details and general information about Gateway programs and services.

Description:
- “Create Account” allows users to create a new account.
- “Manage Account” allows users to edit their account information on their mobile devices.
- “Account Linking” allows users to link an existing case.
- “View Notices” allows users to view their notices in a PDF format.
- “Upload Document” allows users to upload verification documents through their mobile device.
- “View My Benefits” allows users to check the status of a case by program.
- “Application Status” allows users to check their application status after they have applied online.
- “Frequently Asked Questions” provides users access to general information about the mobile app.
- “Notification Preference” allows users to update and modify their notification preferences.

Ratings and reviews

I can't download, print or even open my documents off here. But i could see them... That's worth a couple stars! Every few seconds I'd see a popup near the lower part of the screen stating that I'm online. And after a couple minutes of viewing my documents, i was prompted to re-enter my login credentials. At minimum, the security has functionality. Upon opening, the app displays a prompt to update (although the latest version is currently installed) and a disclaimer.

Works for its intended purpose. Has issues with finding information you need. Needs more options for information on different services. Needs CLEARER instructions about how to renew an application & more information for finding renewal forms. Has a VERY ANNOYING message across the bottom of the screen that says, "YOU ARE NOW ONLINE" this message gets in the way of buttons you need to push, makes it difficult to make a selection. Doesn't have clear information about different programs available.

This app is a joke it doesn't get you any messages or info it keeps saying to update it . It's bullcrap this whole system right now I did a late renewal 2 months ago and I still haven't gotten my benefits. It wasn't my fault in the first place because I wasn't ask to do a renewal in like 3 years. Then they all the sudden want to pop one on you . I think some of these people working up there are just messing around with people's lives.
