It only works when it wants to which it usually doesn't. I have to keep my receipts to keep track of what benefits i still have left bc the only thing that does want to work is the barcode scanner to find what is WIC approved at the store. Needs a lot of work!! Please fix! Has a lot of potential but at this point its more of a pain in the rear than it is helpful. And yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now to try to get past the "session expired" issue as well.

Oof. Where do I begin? This app hasn't worked for me for 3 months, maybe? It is a huge inconvenience when I go grocery shopping to not be able to use the app, because I am losing out on redeeming so many of my benefits, as I do not know what is available to me. I have emailed the developers with screen shots of my phone information and specifics, etc. About 3 weeks later I got an email back saying they couldn't figure out how to fix it or what the issue was. Now app is "stopping" completely.
Please try the new version released June 11. WIC clients who were having issues with previous versions are using this version successfully. If you still have issues, send a screenshot of phone make, model, and software version along with the INWIC Mobile App version to email@example.com with subject “mobile app” and your family ID.
The only problem I really have is with the nutritional education courses...it says they will take a certain amount of time and it would if the recording was done right...after the first slide the end of every slide after repeats a portion of the previous ones it's frustrating and quiet annoying to say the least.
