can't do anything! can't update information, can't upload documents, doesn't connect to account, no seamless switch to website when it redirects you and good luck logging in, it doesn't log you out and you've wasted time trying to use the app. And calls are insane to the in-person office as there isn't anyone who is I.T. working to troubleshoot the problems. I lost half my benefits because of this!

the app is decent it lets me update what I need and it is pretty simple (basic) . the only issue I have is it will make me change my password every so often (which is fine) but when I update my password. it'll tell me it's not correct and then boot me out and deactivate my profile. forcing me to call the number (again hey it's fine) it just get annoying after going thru this four times in the last year or two of using this app, I don't mind calling it. but it can be quite inconvenient..

In regards to updating recent medical bills they do not offer an option to upload documents under my newest account. calling the number provided for me hung up on by the system because there were too many people in que. its impossible to know where to send my documents. this shouldn't be so complicated or frustrating
