I cannot see my benefits on the app. I uninstalled then reinstalled and no benefits show up. It's a Sunday and I'd like to know that I can still get groceries and my benefits haven't magically wiped. It doesn't help that my office has moved, yet again. The number on the back of the card doesn't help with finding out what you have left either. The app needs to be fixed. Update: third times a charm. Did this a third time and can see our family benefits. App is finicky at the best of times.

I really like the app.....BUT changes are not seen immediately! For example if you go to the store and make a purchase, it doesn't give you the exact available balance immediately, that to me is a waste of an app bc then you still have to keep your paper receipt to know your balance. I would like for it to get updated immediately so I don't have to keep my paper receipt

The original shopping list I received was not easy to follow. At all. The app is a God send. The fruits and vegetable calculator is the best... except my last trip to the store I couldn't get all the veggies I had picked. A bit disappointing. It was my first time using the app so I probably could learn some more before trying again.
