i4EUFITMOS Learner is a mobile application designed for children and young people who participate in i4EUFITMOS fitness monitoring activities. It gives learners a simple, friendly, and secure way to access their own fitness measurement information, understand what has been recorded, and explore their progress in language that is appropriate for young users.
The app is part of the i4EUFITMOS digital ecosystem, developed to support the European Fitness Monitoring System with modern digital services for collecting, managing, and presenting youth fitness data. The project focuses on comparable, valid, and reliable physical fitness data as an indicator of health-enhancing physical activity across Europe, while supporting children and youngsters, PE teachers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
With the Learner app, young users can sign in using the access method provided by their PE Expert or teacher, such as a QR code linked to their personalized report. Once inside the app, they can view their latest recorded measurements as well as previous records when available. The goal is to make fitness information easier to read and easier to understand, without overwhelming learners with complex terminology.
The application includes a child-friendly conversational guide that helps explain measurement results in a supportive and age-appropriate way. The explanations are designed to be clear, encouraging, and easy to follow. They help learners understand the information shown in the app, while avoiding medical language, diagnosis, or training advice.
i4EUFITMOS Learner is built for the school and physical education context. It supports the work of PE Experts and teachers who collect fitness measurements using the i4EUFITMOS fitness battery and related platform tools. By connecting learners with their own records, the app helps make the measurement process more transparent and meaningful for the young people taking part.
Key features:
• Secure learner access through the i4EUFITMOS ecosystem
• View personal fitness measurements recorded by authorized PE Experts
• Check the latest available results and previous measurement history
• Read simple explanations written for children and young people
• Use a friendly chatbot-style guide to understand displayed information

• Designed for learners participating in i4EUFITMOS activities
The app does not replace the role of teachers, parents, guardians, coaches, or health professionals. It does not provide medical diagnosis, health treatment, diet plans, training programs, or personalized exercise prescriptions. Its purpose is to present recorded fitness information in a clear and accessible way so that learners can better understand the data collected during official i4EUFITMOS activities.
The i4EUFITMOS ecosystem has been created to improve how youth fitness data is collected, analysed, shared, and used across Europe. By giving learners their own dedicated application, the project supports a more inclusive and learner-centered approach to fitness monitoring.
i4EUFITMOS Learner is intended for participants whose data has been entered into the i4EUFITMOS platform by authorized users, such as PE Experts, teachers, or approved organizations. Access to personal measurements depends on the availability of recorded data and the permissions provided through the platform.
The app is developed within the i4EUFITMOS project, “Intelligent Digital Services for Supporting the European Fitness Monitoring System,” co-funded by the European Union. The project continues and extends the work of EUFITMOS by introducing intelligent digital services, mobile applications, data tools, and user-friendly interfaces that support youth fitness data.
