I was connected in Cyprus. It takes ages for the app to sync. Took me 20mins. I had to go through the process multiple times. App went freezing, with errors, displaying "no connection", i experienced all the unexpected reactions. Every time, I had to request the OTP code twice to receive it. The identity certificate is entitled in both Greek and English, but there is absolutely no English information. Why the fuss to entitle the document? The system has a lot of room for improvement.

26 days after adding identification support, after dozens upon dozens of attempts, I still am not able to take advantage of the feature as there always seems to be some sort of glitch. Given that you are required to present your identification so as to enter in any store right now, I believe it is paramount for this issue to be addressed immediately.

There is a validation problem when logging in from TaxisNet. Although I added my cellphone number I did not manage to verify it. Once I logged in via piraues bank I managed to verify it although I received another error. I clicked on next button twice and the process was completed successfully.
