Not exactly very user friendly. Takes so long to retrieve information...and by god do not hit the freaking back button...takes you all the way back and you have to start all over trying to find a physician or pharmacy..wanted to go one page back....not all the way back to the beginning and have to put inncity state info again....the navigation of this app just absolutely sucks. All in all rate this app a 2!

Horrible app. Just horrible. Make sure whoever designed this app sees this review. Absolutely horrid. I can't even get into the app because I had a previous insurance with 90 degrees so now it can't reconcile that I have a new insurance with a different company.

This is the worst app/insurance I have ever used. Most of the links don't even work, it's impossible to find a health provider. No one will take this insurance, and everyone I work with who tried using it owes over $10k.
