O aplikaciji

National Telemedicine Service, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (India). This second generation eSanjeevani’s Android app provides a multilingual interface to enable assisted teleconsultations (doctor to doctor) in Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centres (AB-HWCs) across the country. It empowers its users (Doctors, General Physicians, Medical Specialists and Community Health Officers) in facilitating access to quality health services remotely, even in rural areas and isolated communities. eSanjeevani in AB-HWCs is implemented in Hub & Spoke model.

As on 23 March, 2023 the National Telemedicine Service has already served over 106 million patients through its national network comprising of 115,618 Spokes (AB-HWCs) and 15,816 Hubs in States and Union territories. On daily basis, more Hubs and Spokes are being added to the eSanjeevani network. eSanjeevani is furthering the Indian Govt.’s agenda of Universal Health Coverage while driving multiple Sustainable Development Goals.

End-to-End services (from design through deployment & operationalisation to capacity building & support) w.r.t. eSanjeevani are being taken care by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (Health Informatics Group in Mohali) on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
